By signing up for or using FixBlox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including business owners, their employees, and anyone who accesses the Service on behalf of a business. We may update these terms from time to time — we will notify you by email if material changes are made.
FixBlox provides an AI-powered telephone receptionist that answers incoming calls on your behalf, qualifies leads, takes messages, and books appointments. The Service includes:

FixBlox is billed monthly in advance. Your chosen plan's price is fixed for the month and covers the included call minutes. Additional usage beyond plan limits will be charged at the rates shown in your dashboard.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@fixblox.com or from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We require 30 days' notice — if you cancel on day 5 of your billing cycle, you will have access for the remainder of the month plus 30 days, and will not be billed again after that.
If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in that period. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
FixBlox provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high reliability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will capture every call perfectly.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, FixBlox shall not be liable for:
